Riding Hills Farm has has recently been refurbished to a high standard using both new, and reclaimed materials which make it both individual and comfortable. The accommodation is mainly on one level and is beautifully presented throughout, comprising a bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and hall/cloakroom. The heating is oil fired with electric underfloor in the bathroom. All bedlinen and towels will be provided inclusively for your stay.

The property can accommodate two adults and one child (a travel cot with mattress and high chair can be supplied on demand for a small additional charge).

The bedroom has a kingsized double bed, a large wardrobe, bookshelves and an armchair.

The living space has a dining table which can seat 3, a sofa, arm chair, coffee table, dresser, TV and DVD player plus private wi-fi internet access (up tp 30Mb).

There is a well equipped modern galley-style kitchen with oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

The deceptively spacious bathroom is the epitome of luxury with many bespoke features and underfloor heating. The free standing bath is the centrepiece of this room, with a large shower area beyond.

There is plenty of space to park on the drive, and a table and chairs for warmer days in the garden. Guests are welcomed with fresh flowers, coffee, tea, milk and eggs (from our own free range chickens) on arrival.
